Grown in the Cerrado Region of Minas Gerais, just inland from Rio de Janiero, Brazil. The clay mineral soil here provides ongoing fertilization and the coffee plants like its hot, wet summers and pleasantly dry winters.

This is a natural coffee that is allowed to dry on tree as a raisin, delivering a striking nuttiness along side a dry, winey flavor.
