Grown at high altitude in Finca Huixoc, a Rainforest Alliance certified estate in the southwest of Guatemala. Here, they cultivate Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai coffee varieties. These beans are processed using traditional washing and sun drying methods.

The medium roast reveals distinct flavor notes of crisp green apple, rich molasses, sweet raisin, and complemented by a creamy vanilla tapioca undertone.
