From Jaen, Cajamarca on the Eastern Slopes of the Andes at above 4,000 ft asl. This Fair Trade, Organic coffee has a nicely balanced sweetness with mild citrus notes.

These medium roast beans are sourced from a co-operative of fair trade, organic growers. Grown at around 3,000 ft above seal level in the Cajamarca region on the Eastern slopes of the Andes. This region is well know to the owners of Kauai Roastery, working out of an office there in their youth.
